was stuck in dublin so could not make it..

we need to ensure we dont have too many events.......

we could have several dark site nigths.. tough balance...

Hi Brian

I appreciate not every member can attend every meeting but surely
we could expect more than 2.

Dark site nights YES deffinately! I think that now the winter is here we should try to get more observational work done and not so much Talks or displays, that can be left to the summer when we have not too much observing time. Dark site nights need to start earlier too. I think 7:30 would be an ideal time to start of course anyone could come at whatever time they wished but it would give us at least 3 hours for observing and plenty of time for sleep if it was on a week day.

Just my thoughts of course as always open to debate.

Sorry was not not around either. Got some good views of Jupiter though from France. The only difference was that the rain was warmer there.
