Here's a commemorative pic of Solar B on what became known as Astro-Geek Terrace at the Hotel Papillon Muna, Side, Turkey on 29 March last year, eagerly awaiting the 3 minutes and 45 seconds of the Saros 139 total solar eclipse (check out the cool Saros 139 polo shirt: specially printed!)

Top tip for travellers from Passengers H1 (Solar B) and J1 (Seabay): when leaving an aircraft, always ensure that there is actually a set of stairs between your chosen exit and the concrete below. In other words, if no-one is queuing at a particular exit, there's usually a very good reason. Well, duh . . . . Embarassed

Hi Emma thanks very much for posting , one year on , the contrast could,nt be more extreme , its pouring down here today, i obviously remember clearly the whole event and how perfect the conditions were .

One other tip is always to travel "first class" Very Happy Brian
