First attempt at the Sun in H-AlphaWell after a couple of false starts, here's my first real attempt at the Sun in H-Alpha. Pretty chuffed with this as it was taken through my office window with the PST on a camera tripod.
PST, Toucam pro mono webcam, Registax and a fiddle in Paint Shop Pro.
Now to find out how to colour it.....

Thank goodie aunt , this is a landmark image (as far as im concerned) for this forum , fantastic as you can cleary see the super granulation , and
filaments eminating from the spots .
