IIS + toolkitInternational space station will head overhead tonight at28 Nov -0.9 17:31:00 10 SW 17:33:38 30 SSE 17:34:55 21 ESE visible for just over 2 mins - the toolkit (£70,000) dropped by astronaut may also be visible.... i would say bag it... if you can lol should come from bridges, heading towards edinburgh i fink |

GOT IT !!!
unbelievable - saw space station at 17:31 rising over north queensferry and head towards edinburgh. quite bright and just one finger width to left (1 degree is finger at arms lenght) a second bright spot following it.... the TOOLKIT wow !!!!!!!!!! even caught both on video. Watch me on BBC news at 10 (only joking!). next pass: 28 Nov 0.9 19:05:56 10 WSW 19:06:33 15 WSW 19:06:33 15 WSW - if clear - not as bright so toolkit may be harder..... WOW WOW |

ok tonights passes for the iis + toolkit are as follows
29 Nov -0.3 16:23:17 10 SSW 16:25:37 22 SSE 16:27:58 10 ESE 29 Nov -1.1 17:57:49 10 WSW 18:00:33 35 S 18:00:58 33 SSE clearly 17:57 event will be brighter -0.3 vs -1.1 (highest negative the better) and will be darker background. So if you can look to the bridges at 17:57 (exactly) and you should see two spots of light rise and head over head towards edinburgh from the bay this is the IIS - Internation Space Station (where shuttle is docked) and the toolkit (believe it or not) dropped by an anstronaut. at that time venus with be brighest object -4 and jupiter -1.58 and will both be sitting just above the bridges themselves in near conjunction bag all four in one viewing.... |
