Hi Paul,
This chaps photos with an ETX 70mm is quite an inspiration to me. Maybe with astrophotography and long exposure times. You maybe be able view further distances and attain better pictures (with your larger scope). Which you maybe can't view live possibly with the naked eye.

I agree Nighthawk, these are superb examples of what can be achieved with a modern small scope. A great encouragement to all.

Wow!

These are very impressive - if I'd taken these I'd be very proud of them.
I've ordered a webcam adapter now, and when it arrives, I'll see what I can do.
(Even with the greatest of beginner's lick, I'm not expecting too much - this fella seems to be Down Under, where I think clear dark skies are easier to find than in Fife. But that won't stop me trying.)
