Solar Eclipses 2008

Two solar eclipses are predicted for 2008.

First, there's an annular eclipse on February 7th, which will be best seen from Antarctica (if you're passing), but not visible at all in the Northern hemisphere.

The second is a total solar eclipse on August 16th, visible as partial here, but total on a track starting in arctic Canada and ending up in China.

February 7th, Annular, Southern

August 1st, Total, Northern
