Unusual viewing spot, but a good location on a dark night.
The end of St Davids Harbour pier. Light pollution maybe a problem with the Forth Rail Bridge. But on a dark night it is a very clear viewing location. And is graced with excellent panoramic views and sky views. With nearly no obstructions.
There is also a ferry/ship metal tying post on concrete at the end. Which doubles nicely as a seat!
